It was narrated to us by ['Ali] who said: It was narrated to us by [Sufyan] who said: It was narrated to us by [Az-Zuhri] from [Sa'id bin Al-Musayyab]. And (in another chain) it was narrated to us by ['Abbad bin Tamim] from [his uncle] that a man complained to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he feels something during prayer. He said: 'Do not turn away or leave until you hear a sound or smell an odor.'
