Narrated to us [Yahya bin Ayyub] and [Qutaibah] and [Ibn Hujr], all from [Ismail bin Ja'far], [Ibn Ayyub] said, "Narrated to us [Ismail], informed me [al-Ala'] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Avoid the two cursed things.' The Companions asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what are the two cursed things?' He replied: 'The one who relieves himself on people’s paths or in their places of shade.'
