حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَى النَّجَاشِيَّ فِي الْيَوْمِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى فَصَفَّ بِهِمْ وَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا
Isma'il narrated to us, Malik narrated to me from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id bin Al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him announced the death of An-Najashi on the day he died, went out to the prayer place, lined up the people, and Sa'dtakbir four times.
