Hendak tidur saat kondisi junub, maka Rasulullah membasuh kemaluannya dan berwudhu

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ النَّخَعِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُهَا كَيْفَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ إِذَا كَانَ هُوَ جُنُبٌ وَأَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ قَالَتْ كَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ ثُمَّ يَنَامُ

Narrated to us [Ya'qub] said: Narrated to us [my father] from [Ibn Ishaq] said: has told me [Abdurrahman bin Al Aswad bin Yazid Annakha'i] from [his father] from [Aisyah, the wife of the Prophet sallaallahu 'alaihi wa sallam], he said: I said to him; "What did Rasulullah sallaallahu 'alaihi wa sallam do when he was junub, while he wanted to sleep before washing?" he answered; "He performed ablution like ablution for prayer, then went to sleep.
