حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ التَّفْرِيطُ فِي النَّوْمِ إِنَّمَا التَّفْرِيطُ فِي الْيَقَظَةِ

Ti tene na e [Hasyim] ti tene na e [Al Mubarak] ti [Bakr bin Abdolla] ti [‘Abdolla bin Rabah] ti [Abu Qatadah] so; Prophète sallallaahu’alaihiwasallam atene: ‘A yeke pëpe zo so alango si a bâ lo tongana zo so ayeke buba sambela ti lo, me zo so a bâ lo tongana zo so ayeke buba sambela ti lo la ayeke zingo’.
