Dua muslim saling membunuh, keduanya masuk Neraka
Imam Ahmad : 19589حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامُ فِي مُرَبَّعَةِ الْأَحْنَفِ حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِذَا اقْتَتَلَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ
Narrated to us [Abdushamad], Narrated to us [Sa'id Abu Utsman Asy Syakhkham] in his Muraba'at Al `Ahnaf, Narrated to us [Muslim bin Abu Bakrah] from [his Father] he heard the Prophet Peace be upon him say: "If two Muslims kill each other, then the one who kills and the one killed enter the fire.
