Dua muslim saling membunuh, keduanya masuk Neraka
Imam Ahmad : 18845حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونٍَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَن الْحَسَنِ عَن أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَهُمَا فِي النَّارِ قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ
Narrated to us [Yazid bin Harun] has informed us [Sulaiman] from [Al Hasan] from [Abu Musa] from the Prophet Peace be upon him, he said: "If two Muslims face each other with the unsheathing of their two swords, then one of the two kills his friend, then both will enter hell." Then it was asked, "O Messenger of Allah, the one who kills is understood, then how about the person who is killed?" he answered: "He also had the desire to kill his friend.
