Ancaman pelemparan hakim ke dasar neraka Jahannam (70 musim) bagi penegak hukum yang berpaling dari kebenaran

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ حَكَمٍ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلَّا حُبِسَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَلَكٌ آخِذٌ بِقَفَاهُ حَتَّى يَقِفَهُ عَلَى جَهَنَّمَ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعَ رَأْسَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَإِنْ قَالَ الْخَطَأَ أَلْقَاهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ يَهْوِي أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا

Narrated to us [Yahya] from [Mujalid] has narrated to us [Amir] from [Masruq] from [Abdullah] he said once or twice from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam: "There is no judge who enforces the law between people unless he is detained on the Day of Resurrection. And the angel who grabbed him by the nape of his neck until he stood him on hell then raised his head to Allah 'azza wajalla, If He says: He did wrong, he (the angel) will throw him into Jahannam until he falls for forty seasons.
