حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الضَّبِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَوْ عِيسَى شَكَّ مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا عَطَسَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلْ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ وَلْيَقُلْ لَهُ مَنْ عِنْدَهُ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ وَيَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ يَهْدِيكُمُ اللَّهُ وَيُصْلِحُ بَالَكُمْ

Abdullah nos contou, [Daud bin 'Amru Adh Dhabbi] nos contou, [Mansur bin Abu Al Aswad] nos contou, [Ibn Abu Laila] nos contou, [Al Hakam] nos contou ou [Isa] nos contou. -Mansur hesitou - nos contou, [Abdurrahman bin Abu Laila] nos contou, [Ali Radhiallah 'anhu] nos contou. Ele disse: O Mensageiro de Allah (que a paz e as bênçãos de Allah estejam sobre ele) disse: "Se um de vocês espirrar, recite: ALHAMDU LILLAHI 'ALA KULLI HAL (Louvado seja Allah em todas as circunstâncias), enquanto a pessoa ao lado deve recitar: YARHAMUKA ALLAHU (Que Allah tenha misericórdia de você) e ele respondeu: YAHDIKUMULLAH WA YUSLIHU BALAKUM (Que Allah os guie e melhore a situação de vocês)".
