Kafarat berhubungan pada saat puasa adalah membebaskan satu budak, berpuasa 2 bulan berturut-turut dan memberikan nafkah 60 fakir miskin
Imam Bukhari : 4949حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ هَلَكْتُ قَالَ وَلِمَ قَالَ وَقَعْتُ عَلَى أَهْلِي فِي رَمَضَانَ قَالَ فَأَعْتِقْ رَقَبَةً قَالَ لَيْسَ عِنْدِي قَالَ فَصُمْ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ قَالَ لَا أَسْتَطِيعُ قَالَ فَأَطْعِمْ سِتِّينَ مِسْكِينًا قَالَ لَا أَجِدُ فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ فَقَالَ أَيْنَ السَّائِلُ قَالَ هَا أَنَا ذَا قَالَ تَصَدَّقْ بِهَذَا قَالَ عَلَى أَحْوَجَ مِنَّا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَوَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ مَا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ أَحْوَجُ مِنَّا فَضَحِكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى بَدَتْ أَنْيَابُهُ قَالَ فَأَنْتُمْ إِذًا
Narrated to us Ahmad bin Yunus, narrated to us Ibrahim bin Sa'd, narrated to us Ibn Shihab, from Humaid bin Abdurrahman, from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: A man came to the Prophet peace be upon him and said, "I am ruined." He said, "Why?" He said, "I had intercourse with my wife during Ramadan." He said, "Free a slave." He said, "I don’t have one." He said, "Fast two consecutive months." He said, "I can’t." He said, "Feed sixty poor people." He said, "I don’t have anything." The Prophet peace be upon him was brought a basket of dates. He said, "Where is the questioner?" He said, "Here I am." He said, "Give this in charity." He said, "To someone needier than us, O Messenger of Allah? By the One who sent you with the truth, there is no household between its two lava fields needier than us." The Prophet peace be upon him laughed until his molars showed and said, "Then it is for you.
