و حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ وَأَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنْ السِّبَاعِ وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنْ الطَّيْرِ و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ نَهَى ح و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Hanbal], narrated to us [Sulaiman bin Daud], narrated to us [Abu ‘Awanah], narrated to us [Al Hakam] and [Abu Bisyr] from [Maimun bin Mihran] from [Ibnu Abbas], that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade eating every predatory animal with fangs and every bird with talons for grasping. Narrated to us [Yahya bin Yahya], informed us [Husyaim] from [Abu Bisyr]. In another narration, narrated to us [Ahmad bin Hanbal], narrated to us [Husyaim], [Abu Bisyr] said, informed us from [Maimun bin Mihran] from [Ibnu Abbas], he said, 'He forbade…' In another narration, narrated to me [Abu Kamil Al Jahdari], narrated to us [Abu ‘Awanah] from [Abu Bisyr] from [Maimun bin Mihran] from [Ibnu Abbas], he said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade…like the hadith of Syu’bah from Al Hakam.'
