Hukuman zina: perjaka dengan perawan dicambuk seratus kali dan diasingkan setahun, sedangkan yang sudah menikah dicambuk dan dirajam

و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْيُ سَنَةٍ وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ و حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ

Narrated to us [Yahya bin Yahya At Tamimi], narrated to us [Husyaim] from [Manshur] from [Al Hasan] from [Hitthan bin Abdullah Ar Raqasyi] from ['Ubadah bin Shamit], he said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Follow all my teachings, follow all my teachings. Indeed, Allah has prescribed punishments for them (women): an unmarried man with an unmarried woman, the punishment is one hundred lashes and exile for a year a married man or woman, the punishment is one hundred lashes and stoning.' Narrated to us ['Amru An Naqid], narrated to us [Husyaim], narrated to us [Manshur] with this chain like this.
