Larangan membeli kembali barang yang telah disedekahkan meski melalui pasar dan dengan harga yang layak

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ حَمَلْتُ عَلَى فَرَسٍ عَتِيقٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَأَضَاعَهُ صَاحِبُهُ فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ بَائِعُهُ بِرُخْصٍ فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَا تَبْتَعْهُ وَلَا تَعُدْ فِي صَدَقَتِكَ فَإِنَّ الْعَائِدَ فِي صَدَقَتِهِ كَالْكَلْبِ يَعُودُ فِي قَيْئِهِ و حَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ لَا تَبْتَعْهُ وَإِنْ أَعْطَاكَهُ بِدِرْهَمٍ

Narrated to us [Abdullah bin Maslamah bin Qa'nab], narrated to us [Malik bin Anas] from [Zaid bin Aslam] from [his father], that [Umar bin Khattab] said, 'I donated a fine horse to a warrior for Allah’s cause, but its owner neglected it. I thought he would sell it cheaply, so I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He said: "Do not buy it or take back your charity, for one who takes back their charity is like a dog licking its vomit." Narrated to me [Zuhair bin Harb], narrated to us [Abdurrahman]—that is Ibnu Mahdi—from [Malik bin Anas] with this chain, adding, "Do not buy it, even for a dirham."'
