Bershadaqah satu atau setengah dinar bagi suami yang menggauli istri saat haid
Imam Darimi : 1087أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَمَّا حِفْظِي فَهُوَ مَرْفُوعٌ وَأَمَّا فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ فَقَالَا غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ فَقَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ حَدِّثْنَا بِحِفْظِكَ وَدَعْ مَا قَالَ فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ فَقَالَ وَاللَّهِ مَا أُحِبُّ أَنِّي عُمِّرْتُ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُمُرَ نُوحٍ وَأَنِّي حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا أَوْ سَكَتُّ عَنْ هَذَا قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد عَبْدُ الحَمِيدِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحمَنِ بْنِ زَيدِ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ وَكَانَ وَالِيَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ
Narrated to us [Sa'id bin 'Amir] from [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] from [Abdul Hamid] from [Miqsam] from [Ibn Abbas] Peace be upon him about a person who has sexual intercourse with his wife during menstruation: "He must give charity one or half a dinar." Syu'bah said: "As for my memorization, it is marfu', while so and so and so and so they convey what is not marfu'." And some people say: "Tell us and leave behind what so-and-so and so-and-so say", so he says: "By Allah, I would not like to be given a long life in this world like the age of Prophet Nuh 'alaihissalam while I tell one case and remain silent about another case." Abu Muhammad said: "Abdul Hamid bin Zaid bin Abdur Rahman bin Zaid bin Al Khaththab, he was the governor of Kufa during the time of Umar bin Abdul Aziz.
