Imam Darimi : 1086حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ شَكَّ الْحَكَمُ
Narrated to us [Abu Al Walid] Narrated to us [Syu'bah] from [Al Hakam] from [Abdul Hamid] from [Miqsam] from [Ibn Abbas] Peace be upon him about a person who had sex with his wife while she was menstruating: "He must give charity one or half a dinar", Al Hakam doubts the certainty of half or one dinar in this case.
