Amalan yang paling utama adalah iman

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ وَمُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ أَفْضَلُ فَقَالَ إِيمَانٌ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ قِيلَ ثُمَّ مَاذَا قَالَ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قِيلَ ثُمَّ مَاذَا قَالَ حَجٌّ مَبْرُورٌ

Foi-nos contado por Ahmad bin Yunus e Musa bin Isma'il, por Ibrahim bin Sa'd e por Ibn Shihab, que nos foi contado por Sa'id bin Al Musayyab e Abu Hurairah, que o Mensageiro de Allah (que a paz e as bênçãos de Allah estejam sobre ele) foi questionado sobre o Islã, qual era o mais importante. Então o Profeta (que a paz e as bênçãos de Allah estejam sobre ele) respondeu: "A fé em Allah e em Seu Mensageiro". Perguntaram-lhe novamente: "E depois?". Ele respondeu: "A jihad em nome de Allah". Então perguntaram-lhe novamente: "E depois?". Ele respondeu: "A peregrinação (Hajj mabrur)".
