Janganlah menggabungkan atau memisahkan ternak untuk mengurangi besarnya zakat
Imam Darimi : 1574أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى هُوَ الْكِنْدِيُّ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ قَالَ أَتَانَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِ فَقَرَأْتُ فِي عَهْدِهِ أَنْ لَا يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ وَلَا يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ
Narrated to us [Al Aswad bin 'Amir] Narrated to us [Syarik] from [Uthman Ats Tsaqafi] from [Abu Laila] -namely Al Kindi- from [Suwaid bin Ghafalah] he said, "[The zakat officer of the Prophet Peace be upon him] came to us, then I took him by the hand and I read the agreement, 'You cannot combine separate animals, and you cannot separate animals that are combined because worried about paying zakat.
