Janganlah menggabungkan atau memisahkan ternak untuk mengurangi besarnya zakat
Imam Abu Dawud : 1347حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى الْكِنْدِيِّ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ قَالَأَتَانَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِ وَقَرَأْتُ فِي عَهْدِهِ لَا يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُفْتَرِقٍ وَلَا يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ رَاضِعَ لَبَنٍ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ash Shabbah Al Bazzar], narrated to us [Syarik] from ['Utsman bin Abu Zur'ah] from [Abu Laila Al Kindi] from [Suwaid bin Ghafalah], he said: [the zakat collector of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him] came to us, then I held his hand and read his note: Do not combine separated animals, and do not separate combined animals to avoid zakat obligation. And he did not mention: suckling animals.
