Dua muslim saling membunuh, keduanya masuk Neraka
Imam Nasa'i : 4055أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ فَالْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ فِي النَّارِ قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا الْقَاتِلُ فَمَا بَالُ الْمَقْتُولِ قَالَ إِنَّهُ أَرَادَ قَتْلَ صَاحِبِهِ
Narrated to us [Mujahid bin Musa], he said : has told us [Isma'il i.e. Ibn 'Aliyah] from [Yunus] from [Al Hasan] from [Abu Musa Al Asy'ari] that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him said: "If two Muslims face each other with their swords and then one of them kills his friend then they are in Hell." A man said : O Messenger of Allah, this is the person who killed, what about the person who was killed? He said: "He wanted to kill his friend."
