Ka'ab bin ashraf harus terbunuh sebab dia telah menyakiti Allah dan rasul-nya
Imam Bukhari : 2327حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ عَمْرٌو سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَقُولُقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ لِكَعْبِ بْنِ الْأَشْرَفِ فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ آذَى اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَا فَأَتَاهُ فَقَالَ أَرَدْنَا أَنْ تُسْلِفَنَا وَسْقًا أَوْ وَسْقَيْنِ فَقَالَ ارْهَنُونِي نِسَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نَرْهَنُكَ نِسَاءَنَا وَأَنْتَ أَجْمَلُ الْعَرَبِ قَالَ فَارْهَنُونِي أَبْنَاءَكُمْ قَالُوا كَيْفَ نَرْهَنُ أَبْنَاءَنَا فَيُسَبُّ أَحَدُهُمْ فَيُقَالُ رُهِنَ بِوَسْقٍ أَوْ وَسْقَيْنِ هَذَا عَارٌ عَلَيْنَا وَلَكِنَّا نَرْهَنُكَ اللَّأْمَةَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي السِّلَاحَ فَوَعَدَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ فَقَتَلُوهُ ثُمَّ أَتَوْا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ
Narrated to us Ali bin Abdullah, narrated to us Sufyan, Amr said: I heard Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them) say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'Who will deal with Ka'ab bin Al-Ashraf, for he has insulted Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)?' Muhammad bin Maslamah said: 'I will.' He went to him and said: 'We want you to lend us one or two wasaqs of dates.' He said: 'Pawn your women to me.' They said: 'How can we pawn our women when you are the most handsome of the Arabs?' He said: 'Then pawn your children.' They said: 'How can we pawn our children, so that one of them is insulted, saying: He was pawned for one or two wasaqs? This is a disgrace for us. But we will pawn the weapon to you.' Sufyan said: He means the sword. He promised to come to him, they killed him, and then they went to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and informed him.
