Nadzar puasa dan belum sempat ditunaikan maka digantikan oleh ahli waris
Imam Nasa'i : 3756أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ الْبَطِينِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَرَكِبَتْ امْرَأَةٌ الْبَحْرَ فَنَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَصُومَ شَهْرًا فَمَاتَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَصُومَ فَأَتَتْ أُخْتُهَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَصُومَ عَنْهَا
Narrated to us [Bisyr bin Khalid Al 'Askari] said : has told us [Muhammad bin Ja'far] from [Syu'bah] said : I heard [Sulaiman] tell from [Muslim Al Bathin] from [Sa'id bin Jubair] from [Ibn Abbas] he said, "A woman sailed the sea and vowed to fast for one month, then she died before fasting. Then her sister came to the Prophet peace be upon him and told him about this. Then he ordered him to fast for his sister."
