Larangan menjual kembali bahan makanan sebelum dipindahkan dari tempat pembelian (qabdh)

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ طَعَامًا حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ كَيْفَ ذَاكَ قَالَ ذَاكَ دَرَاهِمُ بِدَرَاهِمَ وَالطَّعَامُ مُرْجَأٌ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد اللَّهِ{ مُرْجَئُونَ }مُؤَخَّرُونَ

Narrated to us Musa bin Isma'il, narrated to us Wuhaib from Ibn Tawus from his father from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade a man from selling food until it was fully in his possession. I asked Ibn Abbas, 'How is that?' He Sa'd 'That is dirhams for dirhams while the food is delayed.' Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari said: 'Murja?un means delayed.'
