Puasa menjauhkan dari neraka selama 70 musim

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَدَنِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ قَالَ و حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَصُومُ عَبْدٌ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بَاعَدَ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمُ النَّارَ عَنْ وَجْهِهِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًاقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Narrated to us [Sa'id bin 'Abdurrahman Al Makhzumi] said, narrated to us [Abdullah bin Al Walid Al Adani] said, narrated to us [Sufyan Ats Tsauri], he said and narrated to us [Mahmud bin Ghailan] said, narrated to us [Ubaidullah bin Musa] from [Sufyan] from [Suhail bin Abu Shalih] from [An Nu'man bin Abu Ayyasy Az Zuraqi] from [Abu Sa'id Al Khudri], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: No servant fasts one day in the way of Allah except that this one day of fasting will keep him away from the Fire for seventy seasons (years)." Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is hasan sahih.'"
