حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو سَأَلْنَا ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَيَقَعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ قَالَ قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ سَبْعًا ثُمَّ صَلَّى خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَطَافَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ وَقَالَ{ لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ إِسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ }قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا فَقَالَ لَا يَقْرَبُ امْرَأَتَهُ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ
Narrated to us Qutaibah bin Sa'id, narrated to us Sufyan from 'Amru: We asked Ibn 'Umar, may Allah be pleased with them: May a man approach his wife during umrah before performing sa'iy between Safa and Marwah? He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, arrived, performed thawaf around the Ka'bah seven times, prayed two rak'ahs behind the Maqam Ibrahim, and performed sa'iy between Safa and Marwah. He recited: Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah, you have a good example (Surah Al-Ahzab, 21). I also asked Jabir bin 'Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with them, and he said: He should not approach his wife until he has performed sa'iy between Safa and Marwah.
