حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ وَوَضَعَ الْجَوَائِحَقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد لَمْ يَصِحَّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الثُّلُثِ شَيْءٌ وَهُوَ رَأْيُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ

Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Hanbal] and [Yahya bin Ma'in], they said; narrated to us [Sufyan], from [Humaid Al-A'raj], from [Sulaiman bin 'Atiq], from [Jabir bin Abdullah] that the Prophet shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam prohibited selling sinin (fruits for years before they appear) and waived sales affected by crop calamities.
