Imam Muslim : 4297حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ الْقَنَّادُ حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ نَصْرٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الْأُولَى ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ وَخَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ وِلْدَانٌ فَجَعَلَ يَمْسَحُ خَدَّيْ أَحَدِهِمْ وَاحِدًا وَاحِدًا قَالَ وَأَمَّا أَنَا فَمَسَحَ خَدِّي قَالَ فَوَجَدْتُ لِيَدِهِ بَرْدًا أَوْ رِيحًا كَأَنَّمَا أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ جُؤْنَةِ عَطَّارٍ
"Narrated to us ['Amru bin Hammad bin Thalhah Al Qannad] Narrated to us [Asbath], that is Ibnu Nashr Al Mahdani, from [Simak] from [Jabir bin Samurah], he said: 'I once prayed the Dhuhr prayer with the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him. After that, he went out to meet his wife, and I accompanied him. Then he was greeted by some children, and he immediately stroked their cheeks one by one.' Jabir said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, stroked my cheek, and I felt his hand was cool and fragrant, as if it had just come out of a perfume container.''
