Kelembutan dan kesabaran Nabi mendengar keluhan orang
Imam Muslim : 4293و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً كَانَ فِي عَقْلِهَا شَيْءٌ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ لِي إِلَيْكَ حَاجَةً فَقَالَ يَا أُمَّ فُلَانٍ انْظُرِي أَيَّ السِّكَكِ شِئْتِ حَتَّى أَقْضِيَ لَكِ حَاجَتَكِ فَخَلَا مَعَهَا فِي بَعْضِ الطُّرُقِ حَتَّى فَرَغَتْ مِنْ حَاجَتِهَا
"And narrated to us [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] Narrated to us [Yazid bin Harun] from [Hammad bin Salamah] from [Tsabit] from [Anas] that there was a person with a problem who said: "O Messenger of Allah, indeed, I need your help." The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, replied: "O mother of so-and-so, where would you like to convey your need to me?" Then the Messenger of Allah and the woman stepped aside to a path so she could express her need.'
