Tidaklah seseorang bersabar terhadap kesulitan hidup di Madinah lalu dia mati, melainkan aku akan menjadi penolongnya pada hari kiamat, jika orang tersebut adalah seorang muslim
Imam Tirmidzi : 3853حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَال سَمِعْتُ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ مَوْلَاةً لَهُ أَتَتْهُ فَقَالَتْ اشْتَدَّ عَلَيَّ الزَّمَانُ وَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَخْرُجَ إِلَى الْعِرَاقِ قَالَ فَهَلَّا إِلَى الشَّامِ أَرْضِ الْمَنْشَرِ اصْبِرِي لَكَاعِ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ صَبَرَ عَلَى شِدَّتِهَا وَلَأْوَائِهَا كُنْتُ لَهُ شَهِيدًا أَوْ شَفِيعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِوَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَسُفْيَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ وَسُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Abdul A'la], narrated to us [Al Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman], he said: I heard ['Ubaidullah bin Umar] from [Nafi'] from [Ibnu Umar radliallahu 'anhuma] that his freed female slave came to him and said: 'How harsh the times I feel now, indeed I will go out to Iraq.' Ibnu Umar said: 'Why not go to Sham, for it is a holy land. Be patient, O impatient one, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever is patient with its hardships and difficulties, I will be a witness or intercessor for him on the Day of Resurrection."' And in this matter, there are also narrations from Abu Sa'id, Sufyan bin Abu Zuhair, and Subai'ah Al Aslamiyah. Abu Isa said: 'This hadith is a hasan sahih gharib hadith from the narration of 'Ubaidillah.'"
