Hadith Representative
Barangsiapa melihat ke dalam rumah seseorang tanpa izin kemudian si pemilik rumah mencolok matanya, maka tidak ada diyat (denda)
Imam Abu Dawud : 4503حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍأَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ مِنْ بَعْضِ حُجَرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَامَ إِلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِشْقَصٍ أَوْ مَشَاقِصَ قَالَ فَكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْتِلُهُ لِيَطْعَنَهُ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ubaid], he said: narrated to us [Hammad] from [Ubaidullah bin Abu Bakar] from [Anas bin Malik], he said: 'There was someone peeking into the chambers of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stood up toward him with an arrow, or some arrows, and it was as if I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, stealthily approaching to stab him.''
