Nabi memakai furruj sutra lalu meninggalkannya seusai shalat seraya bersabda: pakaian ini tidak layak bagi orang-orang yang bertakwa
Imam Nasa'i : 762أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ وَعِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ زُغْبَةُ عَنْ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَأُهْدِيَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرُّوجُ حَرِيرٍ فَلَبِسَهُ ثُمَّ صَلَّى فِيهِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَنَزَعَهُ نَزْعًا شَدِيدًا كَالْكَارِهِ لَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا يَنْبَغِي هَذَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
Narrated to us [Qutaibah] and ['Isa bin Hammad Zughbah] from [Al Laits] from [Yazid bin Abu Habib] from [Abul Khair] from ['Uqbah bin 'Amir] he said : "The Messenger of Allah sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam was given a gift of a kind of outer garment made of silk, and he sallallaahu'alaihi wasallam wore it when praying. After the prayer, he immediately took it off quickly as if he didn't like it. Then he said, 'This clothing is not for those who are pious'."
