Imam Malik : 357حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِك عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوايَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ فَقَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
Narrated to me from Yahya from Malik from Abdullah bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm from his father from Amr bin Sulaim Az-Zuraqi, that he said: Abu Humaid As-Sa'idi informed me that they said, O Messenger of Allah, how should we send blessings upon you? He replied, Say: O Allah, send peace upon Muhammad, his wives, and his descendants, as You sent peace upon the family of Ibrahim, and bless Muhammad, his wives, and his descendants, as You blessed the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.
