Imam Tirmidzi : 1762حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَرَفَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ هُوَ أَخُو سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نِعْمَ الْإِدَامُ الْخَلُّقَالَ وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ هَانِئٍ
Narrated to us [Al Hasan bin Arafah], narrated to us [Mubarak bin Sa'id], he is the brother of Sufyan bin Sa'id Ats Tsauri, from [Sufyan] from [Abu Zubair] from [Jabir] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: 'The most delicious side dish is vinegar.' A similar hadith was narrated from Aisyah and Ummu Hani`.
