Imam Ahmad : 9091حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرِ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ فِرَاشَهُ فَلْيَنْزِعْ دَاخِلَةَ إِزَارِهِ ثُمَّ لِيَنْفُضْ بِهَا فِرَاشَهُ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَدْرِي مَا حَدَثَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْدَهُ ثُمَّ لِيَضْطَجِعْ عَلَى جَنْبِهِ الْأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ لِيَقُلْ بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّي وَضَعْتُ جَنْبِي وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُهُ إِنْ أَمْسَكْتَ نَفْسِي فَارْحَمْهَا وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَهَا فَاحْفَظْهَا بِمَا حَفِظْتَ بِهِ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِينَ
Narrated to us [Yahya bin Sa'id Al Umawi] said: Narrated to us [Ubaidullah bin Umar bin Hafsh bin 'Ashim] from [Sa'id bin Abi Sa'id] from [his father] from [Abu Hurairah] said: The Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him said: "If one of you wants to sleep, let him take off his sarong, then with it, let him shake out his sleeping place (mattress), because he does not know what will happen after he dies, after that he should lie down on his right rib and recite the prayer: BISMIKA RABBIY WADLA'TU JANBIY WA BIKA ARFA'UHU IN AMSAKTA NAFSIY FARHAMHA WA IN ARSALTAHA FAHFAZHHA BIMA HAFIZHTA BIHI 'IBAADAKA ASH SHALIHIIN (in Your name, O my Lord, I lay down my stomach. And in Your name I also build it. If You restrain my soul (put it to death), then give it mercy. But if You let it go, then look after it as You look after Your righteous servants).
