Anjuran makan tujuh butir kurma ajwah setiap pagi
Imam Muslim : 3813حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ بْنِ قَعْنَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَكَلَ سَبْعَ تَمَرَاتٍ مِمَّا بَيْنَ لَابَتَيْهَا حِينَ يُصْبِحُ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ سُمٌّ حَتَّى يُمْسِيَ
Narrated to us by [Abdullah bin Maslamah bin Qa'nabi] Narrated to us by [Sulaiman] that is Ibn Bilal from [Abdullah bin Abdurrahman] from [Amir bin Sa'd bin Abu Waqqash] from [his father] that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever eats seven dates that grow between black rocks (in Madinah) in the morning, he will not be harmed by poison until evening.'
