Nabi SAW menyuruh memukul peminum arak dengan tangan, pelepah, dan sandal
Imam Abu Dawud : 3882حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ شَرِبَ فَقَالَ اضْرِبُوهُ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ فَمِنَّا الضَّارِبُ بِيَدِهِ وَالضَّارِبُ بِنَعْلِهِ وَالضَّارِبُ بِثَوْبِهِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ أَخْزَاكَ اللَّهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَقُولُوا هَكَذَا لَا تُعِينُوا عَلَيْهِ الشَّيْطَانَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي نَاجِيَةَ الْإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَحَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ وَابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ الْهَادِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ فِيهِ بَعْدَ الضَّرْبِ ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ بَكِّتُوهُ فَأَقْبَلُوا عَلَيْهِ يَقُولُونَ مَا اتَّقَيْتَ اللَّهَ مَا خَشِيتَ اللَّهَ وَمَا اسْتَحْيَيْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثُمَّ أَرْسَلُوهُ وَقَالَ فِي آخِرِهِ وَلَكِنْ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ وَبَعْضُهُمْ يَزِيدُ الْكَلِمَةَ وَنَحْوَهَا
Narrated to us by [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], he said: Narrated to us by [Abu Dhamrah] from [Yazid Ibnul Had] from [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] from [Abu Salamah] from [Abu Hurairah], he said: A person who had drunk khamr was brought to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, then he said: Beat him. Abu Hurairah said: Among us, some beat with hands, sandals, and clothes. When he left, some of us said: May Allah humiliate you! Then the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: Do not say that do not help Satan in deceiving him. Narrated to us by [Muhammad bin Daud bin Abu Najiyah Al Iskandarani], he said: Narrated to us by [Ibnu Wahb], he said: Informed me by [Yahya bin Ayyub] and [Haiwah bin Syuraih] and [Ibnu Lahi'ah] from [Ibnul Had] with the chain and its meaning. After the beating (of the khamr drinker), he mentioned in his hadith: Then the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said to his companions: Condemn him. So the people returned to meet the khamr drinker and said: You do not fear Allah! Some said: You do not fear Allah! Some said: You have no shame before the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him! Then they released the person. And at the end of his speech, he said: Do not say such things, but say: O Allah, forgive him O Allah, have mercy on him. And some of them added sentences and the like.
