Turunnya tambahan lafazh "ghairu ulidh-dharar" pada QS. An-Nisa': 95 setelah Ibnu Ummi Maktum mengadukan kebutaannya
Imam Tirmidzi : 1593حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَهْضَمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ائْتُونِي بِالْكَتِفِ أَوْ اللَّوْحِ فَكَتَبَ{ لَا يَسْتَوِي الْقَاعِدُونَ مِنْ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ }وَعَمْرُو بْنُ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ فَقَالَ هَلْ لِي مِنْ رُخْصَةٍ فَنَزَلَتْ{ غَيْرُ أُولِي الضَّرَرِ }وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَجَابِرٍ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ وَقَدْ رَوَى شُعْبَةُ وَالثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ
Narrated to us [Nashr bin Ali Al Jahdhami] said, narrated to us [Al Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman] from [his father] from [Abu Ishaq] from [Al Barra` bin Azib] that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Give me the scroll.' He then wrote: '(Not equal are those believers who sit (and do not fight))'—Surah An-Nisa: 95—while Amru bin Ummi Maktum was behind him. Amru said: 'Is there any concession for me?' Then the verse was revealed: '(except those with an excuse)'—Surah An-Nisa: 95. In this matter, there are also hadiths from Ibnu Abbas, Jabir, and Zaid bin Tsabit. This hadith is hasan sahih, but it is gharib from the narration of Sulaiman At Taimi from Abu Ishaq. [Syu'bah] and [Ats Tsauri] also narrated this hadith from [Abu Ishaq].'
