Nabi membantah anggapan terhapusnya pahala Amir bin Al-Akwa' yang gugur oleh pedangnya sendiri, dan menegaskan ia memperoleh dua pahala
Imam Nasa'i : 3099أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ سَوَّادٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ ابْنَا كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَلَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَيْبَرَ قَاتَلَ أَخِي قِتَالًا شَدِيدًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَارْتَدَّ عَلَيْهِ سَيْفُهُ فَقَتَلَهُ فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ وَشَكُّوا فِيهِ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ بِسِلَاحِهِ قَالَ سَلَمَةُ فَقَفَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ خَيْبَرَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَتَأْذَنُ لِي أَنْ أَرْتَجِزَ بِكَ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ اعْلَمْ مَا تَقُولُ فَقُلْتُ وَاللَّهِ لَوْلَا اللَّهُ مَا اهْتَدَيْنَاوَلَا تَصَدَّقْنَا وَلَا صَلَّيْنَافَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَدَقْتَ فَأَنْزِلَنْ سَكِينَةً عَلَيْنَاوَثَبِّتْ الْأَقْدَامَ إِنْ لَاقَيْنَاوَالْمُشْرِكُونَ قَدْ بَغَوْا عَلَيْنَافَلَمَّا قَضَيْتُ رَجَزِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قَالَ هَذَا قُلْتُ أَخِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْحَمُهُ اللَّهُ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهِ إِنَّ نَاسًا لَيَهَابُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيْهِ يَقُولُونَ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ بِسِلَاحِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَاتَ جَاهِدًا مُجَاهِدًاقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُ ابْنًا لِسَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ حِينَ قُلْتُ إِنَّ نَاسًا لَيَهَابُونَ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَذَبُوا مَاتَ جَاهِدًا مُجَاهِدًا فَلَهُ أَجْرُهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَأَشَارَ بِأُصْبُعَيْهِ
Narrated to us ['Amr bin Sawwad], he said : Narrated to us [Ibn Wahb], he said : had reported to me [Yunus] from [Ibn Shihab], he said : has reported to me [Abdur Rahman] and [Abdullah] son of Ka'b bin Malik, that [Salamah bin Al Akwa'] said : During the Khaibar war, my brother fought fiercely with Rasulullah peace be upon him, then his sword turned on him and killed him. Then the companions of Rasulullah peace be upon him discussed this matter, and complained about it; Hiih…..there was a man who died because of his gun. Salamah said : then Rasulullah peace be upon him left Khaibar, then I said : O Messenger of Allah, will you allow me to recite poetry with you? Then Rasulullah peace be upon him permitted it. Then Umar bin Al Khathab, may Allah be pleased with him, said : share what you have to say. So I sang a poem; By Allah, if there is no Allah, we will not receive guidance, we will not give shadaqah, and we will not pray. Then Rasulullah peace be upon him said: "You are right." So send down calm to us, steadfast our feet when we meet the enemy, and the polytheists have transgressed against us. When I finished my poem, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "Who said this?" I say; my brother. Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: "May Allah have mercy on him." Then I said : O Messenger of Allah, by Allah, people are reluctant to pray, and they say; he died from his own weapon. So the Prophet peace be upon him said: "He died seriously and as a mujahid." Ibn Shihab said : then I asked Ibn Salamah bin Al Akwa', then he told me what his father said, only he said : when I said that people were reluctant to pray, then Rasulullah peace be upon him said: "They lie, he died seriously and as a mujahid, so he will be rewarded twice." And he gestured with two fingers.
