1500 orang sahabat baiat di bawah pohon, jika ratusan ribu, cukup
Imam Muslim : 3454و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ فَقَالَ لَوْ كُنَّا مِائَةَ أَلْفٍ لَكَفَانَا كُنَّا أَلْفًا وَخَمْسَ مِائَةٍ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] and [Ibnu Basyar], who said, narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], narrated to us [Syu'bah] from ['Amru bin Murrah] from [Salim bin Abu Ja'd], who said, 'I asked [Jabir bin Abdullah] about the companions who pledged allegiance under the tree. He replied, "If we were hundreds of thousands, it would suffice, but we were only one thousand five hundred."'
