Imam Nasa'i : 4120أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ قَالَانْتَهَيْتُ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ وَالنَّاسُ عَلَيْهِ مُجْتَمِعُونَ قَالَ فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ إِذْ نَزَلْنَا مَنْزِلًا فَمِنَّا مَنْ يَضْرِبُ خِبَاءَهُ وَمِنَّا مَنْ يَنْتَضِلُ وَمِنَّا مَنْ هُوَ فِي جَشْرَتِهِ إِذْ نَادَى مُنَادِي النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَاةُ جَامِعَةٌ فَاجْتَمَعْنَا فَقَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَخَطَبَنَا فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ نَبِيٌّ قَبْلِي إِلَّا كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَدُلَّ أُمَّتَهُ عَلَى مَا يَعْلَمُهُ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ وَيُنْذِرَهُمْ مَا يَعْلَمُهُ شَرًّا لَهُمْ وَإِنَّ أُمَّتَكُمْ هَذِهِ جُعِلَتْ عَافِيَتُهَا فِي أَوَّلِهَا وَإِنَّ آخِرَهَا سَيُصِيبُهُمْ بَلَاءٌ وَأُمُورٌ يُنْكِرُونَهَا تَجِيءُ فِتَنٌ فَيُدَقِّقُ بَعْضُهَا لِبَعْضٍ فَتَجِيءُ الْفِتْنَةُ فَيَقُولُ الْمُؤْمِنُ هَذِهِ مُهْلِكَتِي ثُمَّ تَنْكَشِفُ ثُمَّ تَجِيءُ فَيَقُولُ هَذِهِ مُهْلِكَتِي ثُمَّ تَنْكَشِفُ فَمَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يُزَحْزَحَ عَنْ النَّارِ وَيُدْخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَلْتُدْرِكْهُ مَوْتَتُهُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلْيَأْتِ إِلَى النَّاسِ مَا يُحِبُّ أَنْ يُؤْتَى إِلَيْهِ وَمَنْ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَأَعْطَاهُ صَفْقَةَ يَدِهِ وَثَمَرَةَ قَلْبِهِ فَلْيُطِعْهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فَإِنْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ يُنَازِعُهُ فَاضْرِبُوا رَقَبَةَ الْآخَرِ فَدَنَوْتُ مِنْهُ فَقُلْتُ سَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ هَذَا قَالَ نَعَمْ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
Narrated to us [Hannad bin As Sarri] from [Abu Mu'awiyah] from [Al A'masy] from [Zaid bin Wahb] from [Abdurrahman bin Abdu Rabbil Kaaba], he said : I came to [Abdullah bin 'Amr] and he was sitting in the shade of the Kaaba and people were gathered around him. Abdurrahman said : I heard him say; When we were with the Prophet peace be upon him on a journey and we stopped at a place, some of us were setting up tents, some of us were competing in archery, and some of us were taking out horses to a grazing place, suddenly the messenger of the Prophet peace be upon him called out; congregational prayer! So we gathered together and the Prophet peace be upon him stood up and preached to us, he said: "Indeed, there was no prophet before me but he would guide his people to what he knew was good for them, and warn them against what he knew was bad for them and this is your people's salvation from what harms religion. There was their beginning and the last person among them would be struck by disaster and the things they denied. It will come various slanders then some of them encourage others, then a slander comes and a believer will say; this is my destruction, then the slander disappears then comes and he says; this is my destruction, then the slander disappears. Whoever of you wants to be kept away from Hell and enter Heaven, let death come to him in a state of faith in Allah and the Last Day, and he should give to man what he is pleased to give him he should obey it according to his ability, then if someone seizes him, he will behead him." Then I approached him and said : did you hear the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him say this? So he said : yes. And he mentioned this hadith.
