Imam Muslim : 3413حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِأَبِي بَكْرٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ قَالَ اسْتَعْمَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَسْدِ يُقَالُ لَهُ ابْنُ اللُّتْبِيَّةِ قَالَ عَمْرٌو وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ قَالَ هَذَا لَكُمْ وَهَذَا لِي أُهْدِيَ لِي قَالَ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَقَالَ مَا بَالُ عَامِلٍ أَبْعَثُهُ فَيَقُولُ هَذَا لَكُمْ وَهَذَا أُهْدِيَ لِي أَفَلَا قَعَدَ فِي بَيْتِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّهِ حَتَّى يَنْظُرَ أَيُهْدَى إِلَيْهِ أَمْ لَا وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَا يَنَالُ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا جَاءَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَحْمِلُهُ عَلَى عُنُقِهِ بَعِيرٌ لَهُ رُغَاءٌ أَوْ بَقَرَةٌ لَهَا خُوَارٌ أَوْ شَاةٌ تَيْعِرُ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى رَأَيْنَا عُفْرَتَيْ إِبْطَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ هَلْ بَلَّغْتُ مَرَّتَيْنِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ قَالَ اسْتَعْمَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ابْنَ اللُّتْبِيَّةِ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْأَزْدِ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ فَجَاءَ بِالْمَالِ فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ هَذَا مَالُكُمْ وَهَذِهِ هَدِيَّةٌ أُهْدِيَتْ لِي فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَلَا قَعَدْتَ فِي بَيْتِ أَبِيكَ وَأُمِّكَ فَتَنْظُرَ أَيُهْدَى إِلَيْكَ أَمْ لَا ثُمَّ قَامَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطِيبًا ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ
Narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Abi Syaibah] and ['Amru An Naqid] and [Ibn Abi Umar], with the wording from Abu Bakar, they said, narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah], from [Az Zuhri], from ['Urwah], from [Abu Humaid As Sa'idi], he said, 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, employed a man from the Al-Asad tribe named Ibn Luthbiyah - Amru and Ibn Abu 'Umar said - to collect zakat. When he submitted the collected zakat, he said, "This is the zakat I submit to you, and this was given to me as a gift." Abu Humaid said, "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then gave a sermon from the pulpit. After praising and glorifying Allah, he said, 'There is an official I tasked with collecting zakat who said, "This is the zakat I submit to you, and this was given to me as a gift." Why does he not sit in his parents' house waiting for someone to bring him a gift? By Allah, in whose hand is Muhammad's soul, none of you who misappropriates zakat while tasked with collecting it will, on the Day of Judgment, carry a bleating camel, a mooing cow, or a bleating goat on his shoulders.' Then he raised his hands so that we saw the whiteness of his armpits and said, 'O Allah, I have conveyed,' saying it twice.' Narrated to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] and [Abd bin Humaid], both said, informed us [Abdurrazaq], narrated to us [Ma'mar], from [Az Zuhri], from ['Urwah], from [Abu Humaid As Sa'idi], he said, 'The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, appointed Ibn Luthbiyah, a man from Asd, to collect zakat. He came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, submitted the zakat, and said, "This is the zakat I submit to you, and this was given to me as a gift." He said, "Why does he not sit in his parents' house waiting to see if someone will bring him a gift or not." Then the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stood to give a sermon,' then he mentioned the hadith as Sufyan did.
