Nabi SAW mengistilahkan perang adalah tipu daya
Imam Tirmidzi : 1598حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ وَنَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحَرْبُ خُدْعَةٌقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَاب عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَأَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ السَّكَنِ وَكَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَأَنَسٍ وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
Narrated to us [Ahmad bin Mani'] and [Nashr bin Ali], both said: narrated to us [Sufyan bin Uyainah] from [Amru bin Dinar], he heard [Jabir bin Abdullah], he said: 'The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: War is deception." Abu Isa said: 'In this matter, there are also hadiths from Ali, Zaid bin Tsabit, 'Aisyah, Ibnu Abbas, Abu Hurairah, Asma binti Yazid bin As Sakan, Ka'b bin Malik, and Anas. This hadith is hasan sahih.'"
