Larangan memeras susu ternak orang lain tanpa izin
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2293حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَامَ فَقَالَ لَا يَحْتَلِبَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَاشِيَةَ رَجُلٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْتَى مَشْرُبَتُهُ فَيُكْسَرَ بَابُ خِزَانَتِهِ فَيُنْتَثَلَ طَعَامُهُ فَإِنَّمَا تَخْزُنُ لَهُمْ ضُرُوعُ مَوَاشِيهِمْ أَطْعِمَاتِهِمْ فَلَا يَحْتَلِبَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَاشِيَةَ امْرِئٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ
Narrated by [Muhammad bin Rumh], he said: Narrated by [Al Laith bin Sa'd], from [Nafi'], from [Abdullah bin Umar], from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), he stood and said: 'Let none of you milk another’s livestock without permission. Would you like your storage broken open and your food taken? The udders of their livestock are their storage, so let none of you milk another’s livestock without permission.'
