حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ وأَبِي سَلَمَةَ سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُحَدِّثُعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد الْعَجْمَاءُ الْمُنْفَلِتَةُ الَّتِي لَا يَكُونُ مَعَهَا أَحَدٌ وَتَكُونُ بِالنَّهَارِ لَا تَكُونُ بِاللَّيْلِ
Narrated to us [Musaddad] said, narrated to us [Sufyan] from [Az Zuhri] from [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] and [Abu Salamah] both heard that [Abu Hurairah] narrated from the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings be upon him, he said: 'Something damaged by an animal has no compensation, mine has no compensation, and on buried treasure its zakat is one-fifth.' Abu Dawud said, 'Al 'Ajma` means an animal that has no rider or guide, and something damaged by an animal during the day is not the same as something damaged at night.'
