Nabi SAW dan Abu Bakar mencambuk peminum khamer 40x dengan pelepah kurma
Imam Tirmidzi : 1363حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَال سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَضَرَبَهُ بِجَرِيدَتَيْنِ نَحْوَ الْأَرْبَعِينَوَفَعَلَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَلَمَّا كَانَ عُمَرُ اسْتَشَارَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ كَأَخَفِّ الْحُدُودِ ثَمَانِينَ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ عُمَرُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ أَنَّ حَدَّ السَّكْرَانِ ثَمَانُونَ
Narrated to us [Muhammad bin Basysyar], narrated to us [Muhammad bin Ja'far], narrated to us [Syu'bah], he said: I heard [Qatadah] narrate from [Anas] from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that someone who had drunk khamr was brought to him, and he struck him with two palm branches forty times. Abu Bakr did the same. When Umar consulted the people, Abdurrahman bin Auf said: 'The lightest punishment is eighty times.' So Umar ordered it. Abu Isa said: The hadith of Anas is hasan sahih and is a guiding practice according to the scholars from the companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and others, that the punishment for intoxication is eighty lashes.
