Hukuman bagi kaum 'Ukl yang murtad, membunuh penggembala, dan merampas ternak
Imam Tirmidzi : 68حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَعْرَجُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الْتَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَإِنَّمَا سَمَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ لِأَنَّهُمْ سَمَلُوا أَعْيُنَ الرُّعَاةِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا ذَكَرَهُ غَيْرَ هَذَا الشَّيْخِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زُرَيْعٍ وَهُوَ مَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ{ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ }وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ إِنَّمَا فَعَلَ بِهِمْ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ الْحُدُودُ
Narrated to us [Al-Fadl bin Sahl Al-A‘raj Al-Baghdadi], he said: narrated to us [Yahya bin Ghaylan], he said: narrated to us [Yazid bin Zuray‘], he said: narrated to us [Sulayman At-Taymi] from [Anas bin Malik]: "The Prophet, may Allah’s peace be upon him, gouged their eyes because they had gouged the shepherd’s eyes." Abu Isa said: "This hadith is gharib: we know it only through this shaykh from Yazid bin Zuray‘. It accords with the verse: ‘And wounds have retribution.’ Muhammad bin Sirin narrated that the Prophet did this before the revelation of the hudud verses."
