Perintah memerdekakan budak milik bersama karena ditampar oleh salah seorang pemiliknya
Imam Abu Dawud : 4499حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ كُهَيْلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ مُقَرِّنٍ قَالَلَطَمْتُ مَوْلًى لَنَا فَدَعَاهُ أَبِي وَدَعَانِي فَقَالَ اقْتَصَّ مِنْهُ فَإِنَّا مَعْشَرَ بَنِي مُقَرِّنٍ كُنَّا سَبْعَةً عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَيْسَ لَنَا إِلَّا خَادِمٌ فَلَطَمَهَا رَجُلٌ مِنَّا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْتِقُوهَا قَالُوا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَنَا خَادِمٌ غَيْرَهَا قَالَ فَلْتَخْدُمْهُمْ حَتَّى يَسْتَغْنُوا فَإِذَا اسْتَغْنَوْا فَلْيُعْتِقُوهَا
Narrated to us [Musaddad], he said: narrated to us [Yahya] from [Sufyan], he said: narrated to me [Salamah bin Kuhail], he said: narrated to me [Mu'awiyah bin Suwaid bin Muqarrin], he said: 'I struck a freed slave of ours. Then [my father] called him and called me. My father said to the slave: Retaliate against him! During the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, we were seven brothers, but we had only one servant. One of us struck her, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Free that (female) slave." They replied: "We have no servant but her." He said: "Let her serve them until they no longer need her, and when they no longer need her, let them free her."'"'
