Barangsiapa menampar budaknya, kafaratnya adalah memerdekakannya
Imam Abu Dawud : 4500حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ذَكْوَانَ عَنْ زَاذَانَ قَالَأَتَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ وَقَدْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا لَهُ فَأَخَذَ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ عُودًا أَوْ شَيْئًا فَقَالَ مَا لِي فِيهِ مِنْ الْأَجْرِ مَا يَسْوَى هَذَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ لَطَمَ مَمْلُوكَهُ أَوْ ضَرَبَهُ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ
Narrated to us [Musaddad] and [Abu Kamil], he said: narrated to us [Abu Awanah] from [Firas] from [Abu Shalih Dzakwan] from [Zadzan], he said: 'I visited [Ibnu Umar], and at that time he had freed his slave. He took a stick or something from the ground and said: Oh, shouldn’t I receive a reward equal to this stick?" I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "Whoever slaps or strikes his slave, his expiation is to free him."'"'
