Nadzar yang diucapkan pada masa jahiliyah tetap wajib ditunaikan setelah masuk Islam
Imam Bukhari : 1891حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَاأَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُنْتُ نَذَرْتُ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَنْ أَعْتَكِفَ لَيْلَةً فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ قَالَ فَأَوْفِ بِنَذْرِكَ
Narrated to us Musaddad, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from 'Ubaidullah, from Nafi,, from Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them): 'Umar asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), 'I vowed in the time of ignorance to perform i'tikaf for one night in the Sacred Mosque.' He Sa'd 'Fulfill your vow.'
