Sumpah itu tergantung dengan niat orang yang mengatakan sumpah
Imam Ibnu Majah : 2111حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ
Narrated by [Muhammad bin Yahya], he said: Narrated by [Yahya bin Sa'id Al Qaththan], narrated by [Sufyan] from [Habib] from [Mush'ab bin Sa'd] from [Sa'd], he said: On the day of Mecca’s conquest, Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam granted safety except to some he named, saying, 'Kill them even if you find them under the Kaaba’s curtains.'
