Nadzar orang yang meninggal sebelum menunaikannya ditunaikan oleh ahli warisnya
Imam Muslim : 3092حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ ح و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ اسْتَفْتَى سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نَذْرٍ كَانَ عَلَى أُمِّهِ تُوُفِّيَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَقْضِيَهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاقْضِهِ عَنْهَا و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَإِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ ح و حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ ح و حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِإِسْنَادِ اللَّيْثِ وَمَعْنَى حَدِيثِهِ
Narrated to us [Yahya bin Yahya At Tamimi] and [Muhammad bin Rumh bin Muhajir], both said informed us [Laits]. In another chain, narrated to us [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], narrated to us [Laits] from [Ibnu Syihab] from [Ubaidullah bin Abdullah] from [Ibnu Abbas], who said, 'Abu Ubaidah sought a ruling from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about his mother’s unfulfilled vow after her death. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fulfill her vow." Narrated to us [Yahya bin Yahya], who said I read before [Malik]. In another chain, narrated to us [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] and [Amru An Naqid] and [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] from [Ibnu Uyainah]. In another chain, narrated to me [Harmalah bin Yahya], informed us [Ibnu Wahb], informed me [Yunus]. In another chain, narrated to us [Ishaq bin Ibrahim] and [Abd bin Humaid], both said informed us [Abdurrazaq], informed us [Ma'mar]. In another chain, narrated to us [Utsman bin Abu Syaibah], narrated to us ['Abdah bin Sulaiman] from [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] from [Bakr bin Wail], all from [Az Zuhri] with this chain and meaning like Laits’ Hadith.
